HYDROLYZED PROTEIN GOLD FORMULA 90% is a food supplement based on hydrolyzed (enzymatically) isolated whey proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. These proteins have the highest biological value (BV = 104), the highest PDCAAS value (0.98 - protein digestibility indicator) and the highest BCAA contribution in the 2:1:1 proportions (equal to 30% of the typical reference aminogram). Also excellent as a post-work-out, it is integrated with vitamins B2, B6 and B12 that contribute to energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, while vitamin B2 protects cells from oxidative stress. In addition, the product is enriched with probiotics and digestive enzymes papain and bromelain.DIRECTIONS: shake a dose of 34 g (equal to 3 abundant tablespoons) in 200 ml of water, with a shaker.
