Organic whole durum wheat couscous
Cous Cous Integrale is an excellent alternative to pasta and rice to prepare tasty first courses based on vegetables or meat.
Couscous is a food native to North Africa, made up of grains of durum wheat semolina obtained from durum wheat semolina mixed with water. DIRECTIONS: bring 1/2 liter of water to a boil with Salt and a tablespoon of oil.
Turn off and pour in the couscous, stirring. Cover and let it sit for 5-7 minutes until the water is absorbed. With a fork, shell the couscous to separate the grains. Season to taste. NET CONTENT: 500 g
STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place. Close the bag carefully after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
