VIVIBIO ZUPPA DI FARRO
Organic mixture of spelt and legumes (50%) for soup
spelt soup is a tasty preparation based on spelt and legumes. It only takes a few minutes on the fire to have an excellent first course to accompany with croutons or homemade bread.
DIRECTIONS: rinse the contents of the package and put it in the pot. Add 2 liters of water, a pinch of salt, three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a given vegetable, sage, rosemary or other aromatic herbs.
Bring to the boil and cook for about 45 minutes. Season again to taste with extra virgin olive oil directly on the plate.
NET CONTENT: 400 g
STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place. Close the bag carefully after opening. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
