YAMAMOTO® NUTRITION Yamamoto® Nutrition Charge PERFORMANCE Palatinose™ - Food supplement based on isomaltulose, essential amino acids (EAA), citrulline malate, nucleotides and mineral salts in citrate form In the world of sports integration, in recent times, particular attention has been paid to supporting the "critical" moments of the before / during / after the performance or training, called "peri-workout" . Knowing how to support these particular phases, with adequate elements that do not weigh down or hinder the muscle activity itself due to digestive processes or sudden drops in blood sugar, means making a significant improvement to the performance trend through a more constant glycemic action, of subsequent muscle recovery. through the plastic material, and of the whole organism (including the nervous and immune system).
Charge PERFORMANCE® is the new Yamamoto® Nutrition drink based on Palatinose® ( isomaltulose ), essential amino acids (EAA), Citrulline malate , Ribodiet® , and potassium and magnesium citrates, which we can define as a real weapon supporting all-round support for those who are preparing for intense and prolonged workouts where constant and lasting glycemic support is required, to then favor the immediate action of energy and muscle recovery processes, such as for example in combat sports, crossfit, triathlon, cycling, athletics, beach volleyball, but also in body building intended as high-volume training. Per all these athletes it is essential to have a performance that can be as constant and continuous as possible, an energy, muscular, hydrogeological-saline recovery that is as rapid and efficient as possible, in addition to maintaining the whole organism already subjected to strong physical stress, in health!
Even if the whole formula is the complete "winning" synergy of this product, the "protagonist" carbohydrate of Charge PERFORMANCE is Palatinose®, or "Isomaltulose" a disaccharide formed by glucose and fructose, already present in nature also in honey and cane sugar syrup. Its production takes place through modern enzymatic conversion techniques starting from sucrose. Isomaltulose has a high sweetening Energy, and for this reason it is often compared (and substituted) to sucrose, and like this, it is totally digested in the intestine, even if its digestion takes place more slowly. Structural feature characterizing that the bonds of the molecules that form isomaltulose (alpha (a) -1,6-glycosidic) are more stable than that of the molecules present in sucrose, therefore, interesting note and much appreciated for the sportsman who wants maintain optimal performance, blood sugar and insulin levels rise significantly less than other sugars. This particular type of bond existing between these two components (fructose and glucose) is such as to slow down the rate of absorption. Subsequently our intestinal disaccharidases, which are the enzymes capable of breaking the molecular bond existing between the two sugars forming the disaccharide, will favor their subsequent absorption and bioavailability, proceeding much more slowly for isomaltulose than happens for other more disaccharide sugars. known, such as, for example, sucrose. Consequently, the blood sugar level and the insulin level will have a much lower rise and will still be very gradual without creating spikes or dramatic drops in glycemic.
Its main feature is its low glycemic index and reduced osmolarity with respect to glucose and fructose , carbohydrate sources widely used in the past in sports supplementation, but which have different limits or potential side effects. The broken down glucose enters the blood more quickly than using other sugars, with less stimulation of insulin release. Isomaltulose has a glycemic index similar to fructose, however, compared to it, it has the advantage of "impacting" less on the hepatic production of triglycerides and therefore is more suitable than fructose, or classic mixtures of sugars used by sportsmen based on fructose, glucose and / or maltodextrin.
This means for an athlete to have more constant energy in training and less glycemic or insulin fluctuations , and not least, remember that unlike the more "noble" carbohydrates used in the past, with isomaltulose we will have much less susceptibility to gastrointestinal disorders such as swelling, fermentation also cramp-like type, nausea, and osmotic diarrhea or allergic reactions.
A curious feature of this carbohydrate is that it does not favor the onset of tooth decay because it cannot be used by the microorganisms responsible for its appearance. From a "metabolic" point of view it emerged that some comparative studies, that by using isomaltulose instead of other disaccharides with a higher glycemic index, the body oxidizes fewer carbohydrates and more fatty acids, thus saving carbohydrates.
Combined in synergy with Palatinose®, to favor a better restoration of glycogen stocks, the best protein synthesis and to modulate the wave of cortisol (stress hormone) generated by training, the essential amino acids are present (based on vegetable fermentation ) InstAA ™ and Cambridge Assured ™ certification , considered to be true fundamental elements for triggering and best supporting muscle reconstruction processes in such a "crucial" moment for the synthesis of new Protein not only in support of precious damaged muscles.
Another element of great interest in sports present in this formulation is Cambridge Assured ™ L-Citrulline malate , a non-essential amino acid that has a powerful vasodilatory action , consequently improving the elasticity of blood vessels, thanks to its increase in blood vessels. endogenous concentrations of Arginine, in favor of a strong stimulation of Nitric Oxide , even higher than Arginine itself, which instead undergoes intense metabolism in the intestine and liver, which strongly reduces its absorption.
This means great support for the supply of nutrient-rich blood and oxygen to the muscles involved in training. Citrulline also plays an important role in combating muscle fatigue, allowing on the one hand a direct improvement in the trophic capacity to support the muscle and on the other hand favoring the elimination of catabolites derived from muscle activity.
The Research and Development department of Yamamoto® Nutrition has always been very attentive to the needs and requirements of the athlete both in terms of sports performance but also of their health. Particular attention should be paid to the gastrointestinal system as one of the "weak points" of athletes subjected to continuous and prolonged stress, where the immune system is negatively affected.
Per the first time, Ribodiet ® , a natural product obtained from yeast cells obtained from Kluyveromyces fragilis or Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains , comes into the formulation of a periworkout drink, a support element for the gastrointestinal system , obtained thanks to a controlled extraction process , without altering the raw material, without the use of organic solvents.
Ribodiet ® consists of free nucleotides, nucleosides, oligonucleotides, fragments of nucleic acids, amino acids, mineral salts and B vitamins. These precious nucleotides, already known in the clinical and neonatal nutrition environment, show a direct effect on the maintenance of integrity and trophism of the intestinal mucosa .
Very interesting note also for athletes subjected to "extreme" stressful situations, that the integration of a nucleoside-nucleotide mixture accelerates recovery after food deprivation , infections or protein deficiency. Interesting defense activity in improving intestinal microbial flora, stimulating the growth of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli, demonstrated activity on both humoral and cell-mediated immunity, accelerating the production of antibodies as for T-dependent cells and neutrophils, increasing thus the potential of the resistance to infections, of the delicate organism of the athlete.
DIRECTIONS: add 2 heaped scoops (45 g) in 500 ml of water and take once a day, during training. Suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet.
