Yamamoto® Research Multivita STICK® - Multivitamin and mineral food supplement. Multivita STICK is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement. Useful in case of reduced intake or increased need for these nutrients, enriched by the presence of plant extracts, lutein, choline and inositol. A correct and balanced diet can provide all the essential nutrients when the body is young and healthy. Unfortunately, nowadays, for various reasons, it is easy to find oneself with an unbalanced diet, which does not take into account daily physical and mental effort, tending to consist increasingly of foods impoverished of micronutrients due to intensive farming and breeding, the chronic use of drugs, and ending up favouring micro deficiencies of vitamins and/or minerals. Furthermore, as we age, our bodies have more difficulty synthesising and absorbing all the vitamins and minerals they need to stay healthy and efficient. This is where multivitamin supplements come in. They are used to supplement a diet that is not able to provide all that is needed, by providing vitamins and often also the support of valuable minerals, or even plant extracts useful for different functions of the body, from the antioxidant effect to that of controlling inflammation, the immune system and many others.
It should be stressed that although aggressive marketing proposes the idea of a multivitamin as a kind of energy 'stimulant', it is incorrect to interpret or perceive multivitamins as 'energising' elements. The real purpose of a quality multivitamin, which contains the right amount of vitamins with the support of other elements, is to help the body synthesise and absorb nutrients, make up for any deficiencies, and support cellular functions and the functioning of systems and tissues. Multivita STICK is a supplement that, thanks to a practical water-soluble stick, provides a concentrate of nutrients to promote the health and defences of our organism, making up for any micro-nutrient deficiencies. Multivita STICK contains 10 vitamins, 6 minerals, Lutein, Choline and Inositol, with the addition of plant extracts such as Chaga to support the immune system's response, Pomegranate to support the cardiovascular system and for its powerful effect against free radicals, and Red Grape for its antioxidant and purifying properties.
