Vitargo + Kre-Alkalyn is a food supplement containing glycogen and creatine.

Glycogen and creatine are two different energy stores for muscle work. Glycogen stores are used during long-term exercise. Creatine stores are used whenever muscles need ultra-fast, intense/explosive but short-lived energy, for example during sprints and strength training.

Vitargo is a patented carbohydrate with unique properties, specially formulated for elite athletes to provide an effective load of easily accessible muscle energy (glycogen) into the body.

Vitargo is a significantly larger carbohydrate than the carbohydrates in regular sports drinks, the molecular structure of which resembles that of glycogen. The larger the carbohydrates, the faster the drink passes through the stomach and the intestines can absorb the energy into the bloodstream. This characteristic is called osmolality: the lower the osmolality, the faster the passage through the stomach.

Vitargo has been clinically tested at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and compared to other "normal" carbohydrate sports drinks. The results showed that Vitargo is faster at replenishing glycogen levels and passing through the stomach than normal complex glucose polymer combinations. Kre-Alkalyn is a new form of creatine with a pH above 12, obtained thanks to a globally patented manufacturing process. Kre-Alkalyn is the no-load, no-cycle, no-side-effects, 100% stable creatine that gives immediate results. Clinical studies have shown that taking Kre-Alkalyn along with carbohydrates as a drink stores more creatine in the muscles. Based on these results, we present the most effective mixture of carbohydrates and Kre-Alkalyn.

 

DIRECTIONS: Fill a container or shaker with water (200 ml) and add 2 scoops of Vitargo + Kre-Alkalyn (75 g). Mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of the necessary volume of water and mix again.
