You simply put the powder in a shaker, add 600ml water, milk or vegetable-derived milk, shake it and it is ready!

COMPLEX NUTRITIONAL INTAKE AFTER WORKOUT


With its high protein and functional carbohydrate content Meal Replacement helps in regeneration after workout. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass as well as to healthy and normal bones. The product contains a special ZMB complex that consists of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Zinc helps in the healthy metabolism of macro nutrients and it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Zinc and magnesium play a role in the normal protein synthesis. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system. Vitamin B6 reduces fatigue and tiredness and it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Meal Replacement contains vitamin B12 and niacin. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

Non capisco perché molti integratori sportivi includono come ingrediente l olio di palma ormai è risaputo che fa male e oltretutto si sono aggiornate molte aziende di alimentari non usandolo e non capisco perché un integratore sportivo ne faccio uso dove , dovrebbe includere materie prime e ingredienti di elevata qualità per i prezzi che impongono le aziende sportive di integratori...e scandaloso commercializzare questi prodotti.
