Whey Protein are a protein source with high biological value (biological value 104) and have a high content of branched-chain amino acids. DIRECTIONS: prepare the product by dissolving a portion equal to 2.5 scoops (30 g) in 240 ml of water and take once a day, between meals, or after training or sporting activities. *The ready-to-drink product is sugar-free and fat-free (<0.5 g="" of="" sugars="" and="" fats="" per="" 100="" ml="" product="" gi="" diluted="" br="">
Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that a shaker is not needed to prepare it. Add a portion of product (30 g = 2.5 full measuring spoons ) into the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds

Preparation with the shaker: taking a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein immediately after training (30 g = 2.5 scoops) into the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
