What is Magnesio Supremo®?

Magnesio Supremo® is a dietary supplement that contains a special mix of ingredients that guarantee maximum bioavailability of magnesium.
We have been producing the supplement since 1993, according to an original formula, a dedicated cycle without GMOs or contamination from external substances and optimal pH and RDA (recommended daily allowance), for complete assimilation of the mineral.
When dissolved in water, this pleasant-tasting formula converts into magnesium citrate, a form of magnesium that is more quickly and easily assimilated by the body.

Magnesio Supremo is now available in two flavours, Lemon and Cherry, and contains the following ingredients: Magnesio Supremo®, natural lemon or cherry flavour and Stevia.

Use and mechanism of action

Magnesium is the most important mineral for the body: like a precision watch, it regulates sophisticated bodily mechanisms.
Suffice to say that it triggers more than 300 different biochemical reactions, all of which are necessary for the proper functioning of our body. It is involved in many organic processes, such as: energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, nervous system function, protein synthesis, muscle function and cell division.

But that’s not all.
The absorption and metabolism of all the other major minerals (including calcium, potassium ad sodium) and of many vitamins (vitamin C, vitamin E and B-complex vitamins) also depend on magnesium. Magnesium is essential for bones and teeth and for good nerve and muscle function, including cardiac function.

Magnesium deficiency can manifest as irritability, anxiety or tension, restless sleep, premenstrual syndrome, brittle bones or calcium deficiency, constipation, spasms, tremors and muscle cramps, stiffness and muscle pain and difficulty falling asleep.
