The Acini di Pepe Corn e Riso Farabella Bio are an organic bronze-drawn soup pasta format, formulated specifically for those suffering from gluten intolerance. Produced with selected ingredients of the highest quality and with spring water from the Majella Park in Abruzzo, Farabella pasta is obtained by slow drying at low temperatures to maintain its nutritional properties unaltered, followed by a rough bronze drawing process. The Acini di Pepe made from corn and rice flour are guaranteed gluten-free.
