SOLGAR FERRO KOJI
Dietary supplement
Ferro Koji is a food supplement based on Iron Koji Ultimine, a slow-release form of iron, easily assimilated and well tolerated by the digestive system.
To obtain this special ingredient, fermentation techniques that date back to the Japanese tradition are used.
Koji is in fact a Japanese term that means "cultivated cereal".
It is a traditional preparation with more than 2000 years of history that has long been used for the production of sake and miso. Koji is obtained by growing the Aspergillus oryzae mushroom on previously cooked rice grains.
The iron is then stored inside the Koji through a natural fermentation process.
The resulting iron-enriched fungal biomass is collected by centrifugation, dried and pulverized.
Ultimine is thus obtained, a slow-release source of iron, easily assimilated and well tolerated by the digestive system.
DIRECTIONS: Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule a day with water, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
