homemade Trevisan chickpeas are a type of pasta that surprises both for its shape and for its flavor. They are made only with organic chickpea flour and water in the pasta factories of the Trevisan masters. They are high in fiber and protein, and do not contain gluten.
They have a porous surface that holds the condiments down to the last drop, and allows you to create healthy and tasty dishes. The gourmet pairing par excellence is the one with fish, in particular shrimp and creamy zucchini, to accompany a still white wine. Remember that legume pasta cooks in just 5-6 minutes and, if you want a dish al dente, you have to drain them in time.
