• Complex Carbohydrates: they provide energy without glycemic peaks.
• Proteins of high biological value: increase lean body mass (muscle).
• Vitamins and minerals: ensure optimal metabolism of all nutrients.
• Creatine monohydrate: useful in diets providing energy.
• L-ornithine: intervenes in protein synthesis and in the disposal of nitrogenous waste (caused by high amounts of ingested proteins).
