ALCE NERO POLPA DI POMODORO Polpa di Pomodoro is produced with long-grape tomatoes, including Coimbra, Ercole and other varieties grown by about 25 farms in the Po Delta, between the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna. The tomato varieties that we have chosen to make our range of ready-made sauces and sauces are characterized by firm and well-structured pulp, as well as by their sweet and delicate taste. The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September at the right degree of ripeness, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and selection, the tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and taken to the next stage: after adding tomato concentrate, the product is brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time. From the field to the processing, the organoleptic qualities of the tomato are continuously checked and verified to offer you the best taste. NET CONTENT: 500 g
