The tomato varieties that we have chosen to make our range of ready-made sauces and sauces are characterized by firm and well-structured pulp, as well as by their sweet and delicate taste. The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September at the right degree of ripeness, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties.
