ALCE NERO TARALLINI ALL'OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA Tarallini all'Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva are produced only with Italian raw materials and prepared following the traditional Apulian recipe. We use soft wheat grown in Italy and extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, produced with olives from our Italian olive growers. Our tarallino is the result of a particular production process that involves two cooking: first boiling in water and then cooking in the oven; this is why they are so crunchy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
