The Grissotti are born from the ancient art of the Master Bakers of the Argentina Valley, which winds along the homonymous stream, in western Liguria: the producer, who works in that land, is the keeper and interpreter of the tradition. Grissotti with olives owe their fragrant goodness to the careful processing, the ironing carried out strictly by hand and the use of extra virgin olive oil.
