Rhodiola 100% is a highly purified, titrated and standardised extract of Rhodiola.

La Rhodiola rose, connue aussi comme raci-Pink Rhodiola, also known as pink root, gold root, or artic root, is a plant that belongs to the Crassulaceae family, and grows spontaneously in Northern European regions (Scandinavia, Lapland), Alaska and Tibet Mountains. This plant was already known in the past to be able to restore strength and vigour, and it was commonly used to treat weakness and asthenia due to infections, to increase resistance and the body’s performing activity, thus determining a general improvement of well-being. Pink Rhodila properties are due to a series of complex nutritional factors, vitamins, micro and macro elements and important glycosides of various nature: rhodiocianoside A and B, and two bio-active cyanoglycosides. Other important ingredients are salidroside, p-tyrosol, beta-sitosterol, gallic acid, and pyrogallol.

RECOMMENDATION: twice a day 2 tablets or more depending on requirement. Before any intense physical activity or before any other situation that requires psycho-physical energy, 3-4 tablets should be taken with a glass of water.
