ANDERSON RESEARCH ABSOLUTE SERIES - EAA-FULL
Food supplement
Absolute Series - EAA-Full is a powder supplement of essential amino acids that contribute to the satisfaction of protein / nitrogen needs.
In adult humans there are eight essential amino acids and their main functions are to optimize the plastic-structural synthesis with their supply of protein nitrogen, to improve muscle growth with a consequent increase in strength and endurance and to facilitate post-workout recovery.
-The tryptophan which is used for the synthesis of melatonin and serotonin; melatonin is involved in the regulation of the circadian sleep-wake rhythm. More recent studies indicate that melatonin could perform antioxidant activity by limiting the oxidative stress of physical exercise and would also increase glutathione levels.
-Phenylalanine is found in muscle Protein in an amount of about 3.3%. It is metabolized in our body in order to produce important substances such as hormones and neurotransmitters. Phenylalanine is converted in our body into tyrosine which can then be used for the synthesis of noradrenaline and adrenaline. Taking phenylalanine also promotes an increased sense of satiety.
-Methionine is an important sulphured essential amino acid and can be used, as well as for the synthesis of Protein, also for the synthesis of S-adenosylmethionine which allows the transformation of guanidinacetate into creatine.
-Lysine is a basic essential amino acid, involved in numerous processes such as the formation of collagen.
-Threonine is used for the synthesis of Protein.
-Leucine - Isoleucine - Valine, are essential amino acids, but also of the branched chain amino acid group.
The branched chain amino acids BCAA can be used by our body for the construction of muscle Protein; the increased release of hormones allows the body to promote faster muscle growth and certainly reduce recovery between workouts.
