Energy bar

New Tecnica ENERGY bars have been developed for people who play sports. ENERGY LONG RACES is a bar for athletes recommended to provide solid energy before and during training.
ENERGY LONG RACES bar hase been developed to offer a significant energy content divided into different nutrients. It contains Alanine, Leucine and Glutamine, therefore is suitable for longer races and for the most demanding endurance activities. It provides rapid and sustained energy.

RECOMMENDATION:

  • Before: Eat 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before starting an intense activity, with about 1 glass of water.
  • During: Long races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1,5-2 hrs in the fist part of the competition or training with some water (or Performance Sete).
  • Medium-length races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at about half of the training or competition, with some water (or Performance Sete).
