Egg Protein is an egg white protein food supplement with sweeteners, particularly suitable for athletes, with instant solubility.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The digestion times of these Protein are rapid, so the release of the amino acids contained is fast.
 
DIRECTIONS: take a 30 g portion (3 scoops) per day mixed with 130-150 ml of water. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of flavor and density of the preparation, it does not affect digestibility or assimilability. Take the product as a snack during the day, between main meals, or after training or sporting activity.

Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that a shaker is not needed to prepare it. Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds.

Shaker Preparation: Bringing a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein right after your workout. Place a portion of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
