Their rapid digestion allows a high intake of essential amino acids, such as L-LEUCINE, to encourage the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Each bar provides about 15 grams of hydrolyzed proteins of high purity, together with 0.6 grams of pure glutamine Kyowa Quality.
 
DIRECTIONS: We recommend the use of 1 pre - post workout bar or as a snack.
