At the beginning, the muscles receive an "injection" of valuable Protein and amino acids derived from whey protein hydrolyzate (30 minutes after consumption). Then the blood is saturated with the amino acids of the whey protein concentrate and isolate and after about 90 minutes the digestion and assimilation of the precious components of the aforementioned albumins, peptides and micellar caseins begins.
