The product is recommended for physically active adults and professional athletes.

RECOMMENDATION: 1 portion a day - depending on the body weight following dosing is recommended: below 75 kg - 1 portion of 6 g, 75 - 90 kg - 1 portion of 12 g, over 90 kg - 1 portion of 18 g, about 30 minutes before training. Portion size can be modified according to individual needs, planned exercise intensity and sensitivity to the product ingredients. Add 1 portion (6 g powder = 2 scoops) to 100 ml of water. Portion of 12 g and 18 g dissolve in 200 ml and 300 ml of water respectively. Consume directly after preparation. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young persons. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.

Provato oggi per la prima volta con un sample test in palestra. Nell allenamento ho riscontrato maggiore dinamicità, e alla sera minore stanchezza e sonnolenza. Effetti: pizzicorio alla pelle e sensazione di calore, ma nulla di allarmante. Sono un soggetto delicato di stomaco ma non ho avuto fastidi intestinali di nessun tipo. Ho avvertito una piacevole sensazione tu pompaggio della muscolatura durante l’allenamento, muscoli ben tonici. Esperienza complessiva buona.

This product delivers what it promises. Even if starting with lesser dosage in order to test tolerance after half an hour energy levels are very high and workouts are more focused and dynamic. There is no sudden let down. I strongly suggest this product to all those who have experience in usual pre workout stimulants.

Partendo dal presupposto che la mia recensione è puramente soggettiva, ho trovato questo preworkout davvero eccellente. Preso durante il periodo estivo in dosi pari ad un misurino pieno 15 minuti prima dell'allenamento, ed in fase di basso apporto giornaliero di carboidrati, posso confermare che energia, forza e concentrazione durante il workout erano davvero a livelli ottimi. Inoltre "pompaggio" (anche assumendo pochi carboidrati) e vascolarizzazione erano davvero al massimo. Il gusto può risultare disgustoso alle prime assunzioni, la presenza di estratto di pepe nero e di pepe di Caienna può causare un fastidioso "effetto piccante" in gola, che tuttavia ho trovato piacevole dopo le prime assunzioni! Effetti collaterali indesiderati, che si leggono di solito in alcune recensioni (insonnia, "senso di ansia", fastidi a livello gastrico...) personalmente non ne ho mai accusato nessuno, anche con altri preworkout. Credo sia un prodotto davvero ottimo, ma ripeto che questa rimane mia opinione personale.
