EAA - Aminoacidi Essenziali is a food supplement based on essential amino acids and vitamins B1 and B6.

Amino acids are organic molecules composed of both an amino group (NH2) and a carboxyl group (COOH), which, joined together via a peptide bond, form the primary structure of Protein. There are more than one hundred amino acids but only twenty are defined as proteinogenic because they contribute to the formation of Protein and are therefore fundamental to the functioning of our organism.

Of these, only 9 are defined as essential. The term essential amino acids (from the English Essential Amino Acid – EAA) refers to those amino acids that the body is not able to synthesize on its own. Therefore they must be introduced with food.

EAAs are involved in countless cerebral metabolic and physical immune processes. They are found in many foods, especially those with a high protein value but people who practice intense physical activity could have a protein gap to be filled with the possibly morning intake of EAAs even in alternative to Protein.

Filling this gap allows you to improve the quality of training, stimulating correct protein synthesis and avoiding the phenomenon of protein catabolism. Pronutrition has formulated a mixture of EAAs of plant origin, without dyes, without aspartame, perfectly balanced, perfectly soluble in water and excellent palability to be taken preferably in the morning and in any case on an empty stomach to optimize absorption which takes place in two phases: the breaking of the peptide bond in the stomach and duodenum and the subsequent absorption in the small intestine.
