Teff is an extremely nutritious cereal, very small in diameter; in fact its name derives from the term "teffa" which means loss, to highlight the simplicity with which its grains can get out of hand.

The name of this cereal comes from the term "teffa" which in North African means to lose. Teff is one of the first cereals grown by man, in the Horn of Africa and has remained the same for 3000 years.
DIRECTIONS: the most common product prepared with this flour is enjera bread: spongy and very nutritious bread typical of Ethiopian cuisine.
