Shoyu Salsa di Soia is made by fermenting whole soybeans and grains for two years in cedar barrels.
Shoyu gives a delicious flavor to pasta or cereals, vegetables, seaweed, vegetable proteins, fish and soups.
DIRECTIONS: to be used directly in the dish or in cooking to enrich recipes based on cereals, legumes, vegetables and seaweed.
NET CONTENT: 250 ml
STORAGE: keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place, away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated.
