Organic Japanese green tea twigs and leaves
Tè Kukicha is a blend of Japanese tea twigs and leaves from the city of Uji, in the prefecture of Kyoto, the most important center for tea cultivation.
Kukicha contains 3 different parts of the tea plant: a part of 3-year-old twigs, a part of more robust twigs that are harvested every 10 years in winter and a part of thinner twigs and leaves, collected every year in March and June.
It is the most recommended drink for daily use in macrobiotics.
DIRECTIONS: immerse a filter in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
