Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is made with Italian grape must and produced by adding wine vinegar to concentrated organic grape must and cooked organic grape must. The musts are obtained from grapes coming exclusively from selected vines. In the classification defined by the AIB (Italian Balsamic Tasters) it obtained the "Two Leaves" category with silver label. Characterized by a medium syrupiness and sweet and sour flavor, it is ideal for the preparation of salads, marinades and barbecues.
