Spirelli con Ortica are produced with organic durum wheat grown in Italy. Dried and pulverized leaves of organic nettle are then added to the dough, which gives this format a slight bitter aftertaste. Per this reason, nettle spirelli are ideal with savory sauces, as well as being excellent for making vegan dishes.
