Organic durum wheat wholemeal semolina pasta
With organic whole durum wheat semolina grown in Italy. Alce Nero organic wholemeal fusilli are obtained using only organic whole durum wheat semolina, that is, obtained by simply grinding the grain without refining or adding.
The semolina dough is made with spring water from the Dolomites. Alce Nero organic durum wheat wholemeal pasta is rich in fiber. Thanks to its excellent cooking properties, it is perfect for making tasty and simple recipes, including vegetable-based ones.
