DIRECTIONS: Mix 50 g (1 generous scoop) of Opti-Mass Beef™ with 250-300 ml of water. Use an Amix™ hand blender or shaker. Take 1-3 servings per day, depending on physical activity, sports activity and diet. On training days it is recommended to take preferably after exercise, on other days between meals as a snack.
