Protein Oatmeal is a high-protein food supplement, based on oatmeal of the best quality, without artificial additives or harmful substances, recommended for athletes and physically active people who follow a healthy and balanced diet.

It is also a high-fiber composition and has added amino acids to enhance its beneficial effects.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 87 g (6 heaped tablespoons) of powder in 125 ml water or lactose-free milk or vegetable drink.

Leave to rest for a few minutes before consuming.
