ZENPASTA Single-Dried Shirataki Noodles
Food specialty based on konjac flour Noodles version of Zenpasta dried shirataki. An alternative format for eating this low-calorie pasta in any shape and in any sauce. DIRECTIONS: immerse in very hot boiling water or boil in very large quantities for at least 7 minutes. You can leave it longer because this pasta never overcooks. Drain and rinse well with hot running water. The abundant rinse reduces the traces of remaining carbohydrates. Prepare the sauce by adding more salt than normal because the ZenPasta is not salty.
