IAFSTORE® FOOD OAT FLOUR
Preparation based on oat flour with sweetener
Oat Flour is the preparation of IAFSTORE® Food based on flavored oatmeal, a source of fibre with no added sugar (contains sugar naturally), which can be used for the preparation of breakfast, snacks or delicious desserts.
Oat Flour is made from ground oats, useful for enriching the nutritional value of breakfast or for a mid-day snack and for the preparation of snacks or delicious desserts.
Oat Flour has a high protein content and low sugar content.
The low glycemic value of oatmeal makes it an excellent food.
Oatmeal contains as many as 5 out of 8 essential amino acids, unlike the classic wheat that contains only one and the others that do not contain any. Essential amino acids are essential molecules for the correct functioning of the body that the body alone cannot synthesise and must therefore be taken with food. Oatmeal contains them:
Phenylalanine
Isoleucina
Leucine
Lysine
Methionine
In addition, the high soluble fibre content can be useful for the intestine, as it accelerates the transit of food and promotes the proliferation of lactobacilli. In particular, the beta-glucans present in soluble fibre can have beneficial effects on lipid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism.
The micronutrients present in oats are many: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium as regards minerals and Vit. B, Vit. And as regards vitamins.
DIRECTIONS: dissolve 50 g of product in 100 ml of water or other beverage. It can be used in the preparation of sweet snacks and desserts.
