LA FINESTRA SUL CIELO TE HOJICHA Tè Hojicha
Hojicha tea is made with the leaves of the green tea plant obtained after harvesting the buds that are used to make Sencha. The leaves are collected, steamed for 2-3 minutes, rolled up and finally dried slowly in the oven to stop any fermentation process; they are then left to rest for a year and then toasted. Hojicha contains a certain amount of caffeine, albeit modest. Its use is therefore indicated when a delicately stimulating drink is desired. Product suitable for vegans. DIRECTIONS: put a filter bag in the teapot for each cup of boiling water and leave to infuse for a few minutes according to the concentration you want to achieve.
