Arginina + Complex is a food supplement of L-arginine, to promote the production of Nitric Oxide and strengthen muscle support.

Arginine is not one of the essential amino acids (those that the body is unable to produce) but its synthesis by the body, in particular conditions such as during intense physical exertion, is not sufficient to cover its needs. .

Per this reason, arginine is defined as a semi-essential amino acid.

Arginine plays a fundamental role in the synthesis of creatine which in turn is essential for the synthesis of ATP.

Furthermore, arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide which promotes vasodilation and, therefore, a better blood circulation of the muscle.

Taken after exertion, arginine enters the urea cycle and therefore favors the elimination of ammonia which is released in the body following physical exertion and which, if not properly disposed of, would be toxic.
 
DIRECTIONS: SPORT: use is recommended in all sports whenever there is a danger of muscle mass loss (after very intense and / or very prolonged efforts); or pre-workout with the aim of improving the muscle warm-up phase and vasodilation.

Dose: starting from 3-6 post-workout tablets for athletes weighing 50-60 kg; to go up by 2 capsules for every 10-15 kg of extra weight.

To promote the production of nitric oxide: 3 capsules one hour before the activity.
