Carbowatt+ is an energy bar based on carbohydrates (with maltodextrins and fructose) with grain of dried fruit.

This bar carries out a pro-energy action both in the very short term (thanks to fructose) and in the medium term (thanks to maltodextrins) for prolonged efforts.

An example of use of this type of bar is during workouts or long races (over 2 hours), where muscle glycogen reserves significantly decrease or run out, forcing the athlete to feed before the end of the performance.

The new tastes, pistachio and peanuts and blueberries, can make the energy bar more attractive, and a pleasant flavor, can encourage the intake of carbohydrates during physical activity and give satisfaction during consumption. The new flavors contain peanut grains and pieces of red blueberries or pistachio grains.
 
DIRECTIONS: To feed before or during prolonged efforts, take 1 bar for now of physical activity, when it exceeds 90 minutes.
