ALCE NERO LINGUINE SENATORE CAPPELLI PARCHI DELLA TOSCANA Linguine Senatore Cappelli Parchi della Toscana are produced using the historic variety of durum wheat which owes its name to the homonymous Abruzzo senator, promoter in the early 1900s of the agrarian reform that led to the distinction between durum wheat and cute. Grown in Italy, it is characterized by an intense aroma, a strong flavor and by the ears up to one meter and eighty high, which end with an unmistakable black mustache. Particularly resistant to dry climates, it is considered the king of Italian durum wheat. The semolina mixture, prepared with spring water from the Dolomites, also gives it a unique taste.
