 IAFSTORE® FOOD OAT FLOUR
Preparation based on oat flour with sweetener Oat Flour is the IAFSTORE® Food preparation based on flavoured oat flour, a source of fiber with no added sugar (naturally contains sugar), which can be used for the preparation of breakfasts, snacks or delicious desserts. Oat Flour is made from ground oats, useful for enriching the nutritional value of breakfast or for a mid-day snack and for the preparation of snacks or dessert delights. Oatmeal can boast a significant amount of protein and a low sugar content. The low glycemic value of oatmeal makes it an excellent food. Oatmeal contains 5 out of 8 essential amino acids, unlike the classic wheat which contains only one and the others which contain none. Essential amino acids are essential molecules for the proper functioning of the organism that the body alone cannot synthesize and which must therefore be taken with food. Oatmeal contains: Phenylalanine Isoleucine Leucine Lysine Methionine Furthermore, the large content of soluble fiber can be useful for the intestine, as it accelerates the transit of food and promotes the proliferation of lactobacilli. In particular, the beta-glucans present in soluble fiber can have beneficial effects on the metabolism of lipids and on the metabolism of carbohydrates. There are many micronutrients present in oats: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium as regards minerals and Vit. B, Vit. E as regards vitamins.
