Food specialty based on konjac
Thin spaghetti based on Konjac, ideal for reducing daily calories: they contain only 12 kcal per 100g and are rich in soluble fiber. Konjac's Shirataki are easy to prepare and have a neutral taste, they go well with any seasoning, taking its flavor and remaining al dente. They can replace carbohydrate products, such as pasta or rice, with a reduced caloric intake. DIRECTIONS: drain the shirataki and rinse them under running water for about a minute. In the traditional saucepan: cook in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and dress as desired. In the microwave: cook at 800 W for 1 minute with the dressing. In the pan: cook for 2 minutes together with the dressing.
