Indicated for:

DIRECTIONS: 1-3 scoops equal to 10-30 g or 1-2 spoons equal to 15-30 g, per day. Dissolve approximately 30 g of powder in a shaker with a glass (100 ml) of liquid (milk, water, fruit smoothies, yogurt) for a few seconds. With an ice cream maker you get delicious professional ice cream.
