The branched chain amino acids include three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. The branched amino acids, in conditions of metabolic stress (ie when the body is subjected to an effort) are able to promote protein synthesis, reduce protein catabolism and can serve as substrates for energy production (through glucogenesis). The BCAAs (Brain Chain Amino Acid) in the new formulation most enriched with leucine allow, according to different studies, to have better results in terms of support for mass and muscle recovery. One study, in particular, highlighted how an integration of branched amino acids (with 76% of Leucine) favored a reduction in adipose tissue and a significant level of performance. Other studies show that taking supplements predominantly of Leucine, after physical activity, contribute to mitigate damage to muscle tissues and promote protein synthesis, speeding up muscle recovery.

The Company + Watt srl was founded in 1997. The scientific aspect has been the workhorse of society, it flows in its veins and derives from the passion and professional training of the two founding members. Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.

Every product is born with excellent raw materials, it must be based on a solid scientific base that must be explained in a simple and truthful way, and, above all, the product must meet, understand and interpret the demands and needs of the athletes. And this can only be done by those who have done and are part of that world, of sport and science and not just "hearsay".
