Maltodextrins and mineral salts to provide energy during resistance exercises.

Sali + is a mixture of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose), vitamins and mineral salts which, dissolved in water, allows obtaining an energy drink suitable, also, for a rapid water-saline rebalancing.
The choice of fructose and maltodextrin lies in the fact that these contribute to a lower blood glucose level than that of sucrose (sugar) or glucose.
Furthermore, as suggested by a study, the intake of a combination of fructose and maltodextrin, compared to the intake of maltodextrin alone, has led to an increase in the oxidation rate of carbohydrates of 40%, therefore to a better physical resistance performance .
The addition of vitamins and minerals supports the normal functioning of energy metabolism (vitamin C and magnesium), help a regular muscle function (potassium and magnesium), carry out an antioxidant action (vitamin C) and support the immune system potentially weakened by training and races (vitamin C and vitamin B6).

DIRECTIONS: dissolve 4 scoops of product (corresponding to 40g of powder) in 500ml of mineral water.
The solution thus obtained is slightly hypotonic (about 250 milliosmolar).

Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.

Every product is born with excellent raw materials, it must be based on a solid scientific base that must be explained in a simple and truthful way, and, above all, the product must meet, understand and interpret the demands and needs of the athletes.
