What exactly does the SayanFUEL formula consist of?

Here in detail are all the ingredients used to develop SayanFUEL and their specific action:

L-citrulline – Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that is very useful for athletes: acting as a precursor to arginine, it improves the supply of blood and oxygen to the muscles, stimulating the production of Nitric Oxide , with effects also on the muscle pump . Consequently, citrulline increases resistance and supports performance during physical activity. Citrulline can also help reduce muscle pain and fatigue after physical activity, because it reduces the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles.

Beta-alanine – Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine, a compound that buffers the accumulation of lactate in muscle tissue. Beta-alanine supplementation therefore helps delay the feeling of fatigue and muscle soreness and improves performance in high-intensity exercise . The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) believes that supplementation with Beta-alanine acts as an intracellular pH buffer, is safe and can improve exercise performance, especially in the case of high intensity and short duration. In addition, this supplement is also able to attenuate neuromuscular fatigue.

Pomegranate Extract – is a concentrate of antioxidants and vitamins, useful for supporting energy (both physical and mental), slowing down the oxidative process and improving blood flow , reducing the feeling of fatigue and thus making performance more efficient.

Vitamin B6 – This B vitamin plays a role in the metabolism of amino acids, fatty acids and sugars and contributes to the formation of various hormones, white and red blood cells. It also plays a key role in building an immune barrier to defend against disease, stimulating brain function and preventing aging.

Thiamine – also called vitamin B1, is mainly involved in carbohydrate metabolism: it plays an important role in the mechanism of transforming glucose into energy.

Vitamin B12 – also known as Cobalamin, participates in the metabolism of amino acids, nucleic acids and fatty acids. It is essential in the production of red blood cells and in the formation of bone marrow. It also helps transform nutrients into energy and can reduce stress and increase good mood.
