Yamamoto® Research Enzymasic - Dietary supplement composed of selected enzymes. Good digestion is based on the proper functioning of the digestive system. An important part of this process, useful in making food usable for nutritional purposes, is played by the digestive enzymes produced by our organism, a deficiency of which can cause considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Digestive enzymes act as catalysts in the biochemical reactions that take place in living organisms: they play a fundamental role in supporting the work of the gastrointestinal system, they are protein elements that work by combining with a specific substance to transform it into a simpler molecule, favourable to its absorption. They aid in the breakdown, absorption and assimilation of the natural principles, macronutrients and trace elements found in food.
Yamamoto® Research Enzymasic is a dietary supplement consisting of a mixture of plant-substrate enzymes (amylase, protease, glucoamylase, lipase, cellulase, lactase and pectinase), to which the enzymes bromelain, papain and alpha-galactosidase have been combined. Enzymasic supplementation provides excellent support for stresses in the gastrointestinal system, improving the absorption of nutrients and aiding the digestion of macromolecules that are more difficult to 'break down' such as certain proteins, gluten, caseins and lactose.
Amylases - produced by the pancreas and salivary glands, they transform starches and sugars.
