Amino Mass is a dietary supplement of Optipep® DH11 hydrolysed whey Protein, developed for the most demanding athletes.

Whey Protein are a protein source with high biological value (BV=104) and high content of branched-chain amino acids.

The hydrolysis process produces peptide chains that are shorter than the starting protein, making the amino acids contained readily available.

Vitamin B6 contained in AMINO MASS contributes to the normal metabolism of Protein and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Peptides are a class of compounds made up of an extremely variable chain of amino acids joined together through a peptide (or carboamide) bond.

The shortest peptides are dipeptides, made up of two amino acids joined by a single peptide bond; Polypeptides consisting of just a few units are commonly called oligopeptides.

Di- and tripeptides have molecular weights of less than 500 daltons. In the digestive system there are specific transporters for small chains of amino acids, mainly di and tri peptides, which make this type of peptide easier to absorb, compared to free form amino acids and longer chain peptides or intact Protein.

OPTIPEP® 80DH11 contains as many as 29% peptides with a molecular weight of less than 500 daltons, therefore fast-absorbing di- and tri-peptides.

 

DIRECTIONS: swallow one to three portions of 6 tablets per day with water or other liquid of your choice, away from main meals.
