Hydra Max Energy Arancia Rossa is an isotonic and energetic saline food supplement for athletes with no added sugar, with sweetener, to be reconstituted as a drink.

provides complex carbohydrates, carnitine, Sabeet ™ beet extract, mineral salts, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 and is indicated for replenishing the hydro-saline losses due to profuse sweating.

The minerals present are in the form of citrates and gluconates, very assimilable forms.

The formula of complex carbohydrates contained is based on maltodextrin DE6.

Maltodextrins are complex polymeric carbohydrates made up of chains of single glucose molecules.

The absorption of maltodextrins in the body depends on the length of the polymers and on the DE (dextrose equivalence).

The higher the DE is, the shorter the length of the chain, corresponding to a rapid absorption.

The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution increases water absorption and contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise.

Thiamine (Vit B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism, while Vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance.

 

DIRECTIONS: mix 30 g = one and a half scoops of HYDRA MAX ENERGY with 500 ml of water.

It is recommended to take the drink in small doses during training or competitions.

Depending on the duration and intensity of training or competition and the temperature of the environment, it is recommended to use one (500ml) to two (1000ml) servings per day.
