Multicentrum Adulti 50+ is a complete food supplement of vitamins and minerals, specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of adults over 50. With age, nutritional needs change; for example, the need for Iron and Vitamin A decreases while that of Vitamins B and antioxidants increases for both men and women.
Furthermore, the possible need for low-calorie diets or restrictive diets may require supplementation of vitamins and minerals. Multicentrum Select 50+ formula helps support the specific needs of this age group.

Multicentrum Adulti is available in packs of 30 and 90 swallowable tablets and in packs of 20 orange-flavored effervescent tablets.

DIRECTIONS: one tablet a day to be swallowed with water (in case you take a swallowable tablet) or to dissolve in water (in case you take an effervescent tablet) even between meals. Multicentrum can also be taken for prolonged periods. The swallowable tablet of Multicentrum Select can be comfortably divided into two parts to facilitate its intake using the practical invitation to cut.
