MUSCLE WHEY helps to provide protein during the muscle building phase. Protein is essential for muscle growth and muscle maintenance.

RECOMMENDATION: Stir one serving, 30 g powder (2 slightly heaped scoops) into 300 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
TIP: Intermediates can also stir 50 g powder (3 slightly heaped scoops) into 250 ml of water and drink preferably before or after training.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto e NONmi ritengo per niente soddisfatto. Sapevo di acquistare un prodotto economico, ma non fino a questo punto. Innanzitutto questo integratore si presenta come un misto di fonti proteiche (quindi non solo sieroproteine), perchè 49% sono sieroproteine; 35,3% PROTEINE DELLA SOIA (di cui non è specificato neanche se sono di origine ogm) e 1% proteine dell'uovo. Quando si apre la confezione ( nella quale NON è presente neanche il misurino!) si sente subito un forte odore di soia (che a molti può non piacere). Solubilità buona, gusto (vaniglia) PESSIMO con forte gusto di soia misto latte. Valori nutrizionali NON BUONI perchè su 30g di proteien sono presenti 4g di carboidrati (e non come dichiara iafstore 2,3g !!! perchè sull'etichetta della confezione sono riportati valori differenti) ; 22g di proteine su 30g di prodotto. Sono abituato a standard qualitativi molto più elevati. Prezzo per ora modico, ma vale quello che costa. Non penso di riacquistarlo, perchè ci sono tantissimi prodotti migliori ( basta poco a un prodotto per essere migliore di questo). il mio giudizio complessivo su questo prodotto è negativo.
